DIGIPARC integrates the Transport Management module

In order to meet market needs, DIGIPARC launched the first version of the TMS module, the objective of which is to optimize transport management and streamline logistics flows.

 

This module, dedicated specifically to carriers or service providers whose core business is to ensure transport and logistics on behalf of their customers, provides a global vision of operations, reinforced by increased communication between the company's various internal and external stakeholders.
In this context, the solution was enriched with the following functionalities:

 

• Setting up journeys: by identifying the departure location, return location and distance as well as driver bonuses and road costs by vehicle category;
•  
• Setting prices based on journeys, customers and goods;
•  
• The management of journey sheets which allows the creation of transport orders which link in an easy and fluid manner between the different pre-configured elements: Vehicle, trailer, driver, goods and journey;
•  
• Editing roadmaps with fuel coupons and travel expenses;
•  
• Automatic and rapid invoicing of journeys made for each customer.

The whole makes it possible to improve the organization of work, via profiles which can be personalized via flexible configuration (General Administration, Logistics, Billing, etc.).
