We are pleased to announce the official launch of the new version of DIGIPARC. Version 4 combines the advantages of a complete fleet management solution with the flexibility and performance of an integrated management platform.
V4, which marks the year 2016, is the result of a long year of research and development during which we took into account the needs of our customers to develop modules ensuring as much as possible the technological efficiency of all their processes.
This new version builds on the success of previous versions and integrates new business modules, namely:
- Inventory management module which offers the following functionalities:
- Stock control: Purchase request, internal purchase orders, quote, purchase order, delivery note;

- Parts issues: Internal purchase orders and store exit orders, stock movement;

- Stock status: Real-time visualization of the quantity consumed and the remaining quantity of parts;

- Inventory integration and stock correction;

- Interfacing with the Intervention/workshop module
- Transport management module which allows:
- Setting up prices by customer, route and type of merchandise

- Management of journey records: vehicle, trailer, drivers, date, journeys, loading and unloading information, goods transported.

- Automatic edition of invoices.
- Cash and cash management module which allows you to manage:
- Collection and disbursement operations, attachments and accounting;

- Monitoring of the overall and daily cash balance;

- Customer payments and the situation of unpaid invoices;

- The real-time banking log;

- Interfacing with the transport module and with Sage Compta.
This new version is also marked by the integration of a range of functionalities for optimal management of your vehicle fleet, namely:
- Graphical evolution for better rendering as well as several performance optimizations;

- Clearly remarkable response time optimization;

- Reporting: a collection of 40 multidimensional reports, efficient and rich in data and visual elements, which perfectly meet the needs of the vehicle fleet management activity;

- Redesign of the dashboard and statistics: a global overhaul of the old dashboard, thus offering a version with a set of key figures, performance indicators and statistics to help with decision-making;

- Management of access rights by profile: a new interface within the reach of the functional administrator of the solution, which allows access rights (consultation, addition, modification, deletion, import, export, report, etc.) to be managed simply and efficiently by profiles;

- Mobile version: DIGIPARC V4 now adapts fully to all mobile terminals (Smartphone, Tablet, Phablet).
The deployment of V4 has proven that this version is twice as good as the 2015 version (V3) in terms of functional richness, quality and performance, and that our current quality/price offer is 3 times better.
All our customers, whose project is being integrated, in the warranty phase or in maintenance, will benefit from version 4 of DIGIPARC free of charge.
