Dino et Fils Cameroun opts for our solution

The company DINO & FILS, a subsidiary of the JUSTAWE BOIS SA Group, based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, specializes in logging.

 

To meet new market needs, the company has experienced different phases of development and its business is today focused around four sectors of activity: logging, sawing, sale of wood and export of Forestry products.

 

DINO & FILS had taken steps to equip itself with fleet management software offered by a Cameroonian publisher, but ultimately realized that the functionalities were limited and the software did not allow enough flexibility. The solution was used for some time before being abandoned.

 

The project is launched again and new specifications are drawn up. the system was to facilitate multi-store inventory management, track fuel consumption, enable transport monitoring with its own fleet, manage outsourced transport and finally, manage cash & cash in a fully integrated manner.

 

At the end of the research, three software packages were selected from the “short list”: Cameroonian software, a French software package and Digiparc. At the time of the final choice, Digiparc was the best suited solution, it meets the customer's expectations and covers business needs and the desired functionalities are included.

 

In May 2016, Dino et Fils validated its order. To best facilitate the integration of the software, internal training was organized in June at the premises of Dino et Fils in Yaoundé SOA. Two months later, Digiparc was already able to manage 80% of the project scope.
