New customers

SOMATHES, specialized in the production and distribution of tea and sugar in Morocco, SOMATHES, a subsidiary of the HOLMARCOM group, has chosen DIGIPARC as its car fleet management software package to better organize and manage their fleet.

ALVA, a long and short-term vehicle rental company and a subsidiary of the ACECA Assurance group, ALVA has trusted DIGIPARC to manage its fleet, particularly aspects linked to commercial activity: reservation, contract, rental rates, etc.

The national agency for the development of renewable energies and energy efficiency, the first public establishment working in the renewable energy sector, opts for DIGIPARC to better control and manage their vehicle fleet.

Geolocation interfacing

DIGIPARC now makes it possible to interface with all geolocation solutions and report telematics information in real time, in particular:

 

Information on the last position:

 

  • Vehicle speed,
  •  
  • Fuel level,
  •  
  • Rental,
  •  
  • Odometer,
  •  
  • The primary and secondary conductor.

-The CANBUS data, sent directly from the vehicle dashboard via a connector, is represented on DIGIPARC by: mileage, location, average speed, quantity of fuel consumed, driving time and maximum speed.

 

The interfacing between DIGIPARC and other geolocation applications facilitates the exploitation of the main functionalities of the two solutions on a single platform, but also triggers preventive maintenance alerts in real time on DIGIPARC.

Update

The technological and functional monitoring of the DIGISOFT team is palpable in all the new features and improvements available in version 3.6.0 of DIGIPARC.

 

This 682nd version is a batch of developments and useful improvements which will optimize the user experience, below is an extract of the functionalities subject to this version:

  • Personalized configuration of the vehicle file,

  • Vehicle list mosaic version: a detailed and ergonomic display of the main vehicle information,

  • Controlled and secure management of access rights by user profile,
  •  
  • Correction of an anomaly which existed at the filter level by period of the list of detailed costs,

  • “Help” menu bringing together DIGIPARC self-training videos,
  •  
  • Fixed an anomaly relating to the calculation of driver salaries on the home page.

  • Management of rental contracts

    DIGIPARC enriched its functionalities with a new module dedicated specifically to car rental agencies, this module ensures:

  • Management of rental rates by vehicle category,
  •  
  • Managing and planning vehicle reservations,
  •  
  • Management of long and short term rental contracts,
  •  
  • Monitoring the sending and payment of invoices,
  •  
  • The daily schedule which allows you to display the availability of each vehicle in the fleet rented, reserved, available or broken down,
  •  
  • Monitoring the profitability of the fleet by comparing the turnover achieved and the costs spent (Acquisition, insurance, stickers, technical visits, repairs, etc.).
