Retrospective 2025: a year of consolidation and structuring

The year 2025 is drawing to a close.
At Digiparc, it marks a year of consolidation, during which we continued the fundamental work undertaken for a long time: strengthening the readability, coherence and operational impact of fleet intelligence.

Here are the main points that marked the evolution of the platform and our ecosystem this year.

Product & SaaS: structuring data to make better decisions

In 2025, our efforts focused on structuring existing foundations, in order to make the use of data ever more reliable and directly usable by operational and financial teams.

Finance & Transportation (TMS)

- Reinforced consistency between journeys, invoicing and payments

- Multi-currency and asset management

- Granular billing (journey or trip)

- Accurate monitoring of payment statuses, with automatic integration of fees and disbursements

Preventative maintenance

- Strict supervision of intervention requests

- Direct link between actual mileage, alerts and maintenance plans

- Reduction of unplanned downtime thanks to a more anticipatory approach

Field use & connectivity

- Extended API for easy integrations

- Enhanced mobile app

- QR codes on vehicles to simplify entry and access to technical data sheets from the field

More than a tool: an ecosystem of knowledge

In parallel with product developments, Digiparc continued in 2025 work to structure and share its expertise, in order to support fleet managers beyond the tool.

Fleet Intelligence podcast

Launched this year, the podcastFleet Intelligenceoffers a space for discussion with experts in the sector, without commercial discourse.

- Deciphering the concrete issues of fleet management

- Feedback and business visions

- Available in 4 languages: French, English, Spanish and Arabic

Methodological resources & decision support

- White papers to lay the foundations for structured and sustainable fleet management

- Fleet ROI calculator to identify hidden costs and evaluate financial performance levers

Support & ongoing relationship

The year 2025 was also marked by the strengthening of support and long-term relationships:

- New educational training videos

- Structuring a regular monthly sending of the newsletter, guaranteeing a continuous and transparent link on our developments

- Simplification of making demo appointments, allowing prospects to directly choose the slot that suits them from the site

A growth dynamic on an international scale

In 2025, Digiparc reached a new stage in its commercial development, with the arrival of renowned clients in Africa and internationally.
This dynamic confirms the relevance of the platform in various operational contexts and reinforces the acceleration of the internationalization of Digiparc, both in terms of product and in terms of support and uses.

Onward to 2026

With the foundations consolidated in 2025 and the international dynamic underway, Digiparc is preparing a new major stage in its evolution.

The year 2026 will mark the arrival of a new major version of the platform (V8), deeply oriented around artificial intelligence. This development aims to strengthen decision support at all levels of fleet management.

AI will be integrated transversally, in particular through:

- conversational interfaces (chatbot) to interact more simply with data

- augmented dashboards, capable of highlighting key indicators and weak signals

- enriched predictive maintenance, based on the analysis of real uses and histories

- advanced analysis capabilities, to support managers in anticipating and optimizing their decisions

Our ambition for 2026 remains clear: to make Digiparc an ever more proactive, accessible and measurable impact-oriented fleet intelligence platform, serving organizations that manage complex fleets.
