Stock status management
The “Stock Status” interface is used to view and track information regarding product stock in the company. It displays various data related to parts or products, including their quantity, their estimated value and stock movements. Here is a description of the key sections:
Filter bar:
At the top of the interface, three filter fields are added:
-
Store:A drop-down menu to select a specific store from several options. This helps limit the results to items in stock at that particular store.
-
Pieces :Another drop-down menu to choose a specific part or item. This allows you to filter the results based on that part only.
-
Family:A drop-down menu to filter results by product or item family (e.g. spare parts, materials, etc.).
These filters allow you to personalize the search and display only data matching specific criteria.
Main indicators:
As in the previous interface, the main indicators are displayed just below the filters and provide a summary of stock information based on the applied filters:
- Number of records:The total number of articles matching the selected filters.
- PUMP:Total amount for the “PUMP” category, which is currently “0 DH”.
- Estimated total amount:Total estimated amount for items shown.
- Last price amount:Last purchase price recorded for the items displayed.
The table below the filters still shows detailed information for each stock item, but it is filtered based on the chosen criteria. The table columns remain the same:
- Store:The store where the items are stored.
- Code:Unique code for each item.
- Piece :Name or designation of the part.
- Family:The article family.
- Category:The category of the article.
- Lock code:Exact location in the store (locker, shelf, etc.).
- Inventory quantity:Quantity available in inventory.
- Qty delivered:Quantity that was delivered.
- Qty transferred to:Quantity transferred to another warehouse or store.
- Qty returned:Quantity returned to stock.
- Output Qty:Quantity that left stock (sold or used).
- Qty transferred from:Quantity transferred from another warehouse or store.
- Qty corrected:Quantity adjusted following inventory corrections.
Additional commands:
- Filter:A filter button that allows the user to show filter fields or hide them.
- Refresh button:Allows you to refresh the displayed data.
- Excel export:A button to export the displayed data as an Excel file.
This improved interface adds the ability to filter data according to specific criteria (store, room, family), which makes it easier to search and consult specific information. The refresh and export buttons also provide additional functionality for managing data.
