Management of Exit Tickets
This interface represents management ofExit vouchersin the Stock module. It allows you to view, filter and manage issue vouchers for parts or equipment taken out of stock.
Description of fields and filters
The filter fields at the top of the interface allow you to restrict the results displayed in the list of exit vouchers according to specific criteria:
- Start dateAndEnd date: Validity period of the exit voucher.
- Number: Exit voucher number, which is unique for each record.
- System No.: Identification number in the system.
- BCI No.: Associated Internal Purchase Order number, if applicable.
- Service: Choose the service requesting the exit.
- FleetAndvehicle: Selection of the fleet and vehicle concerned.
- Store: Location of the stock where the parts come from.
- Piece: Filter by specific room for the output.
- Applicant: Name of the person or department requesting the release of the items.
- User: Select the user who made the recording.
Information Displayed
The following information is displayed in the main table:
- System No.: Unique identifier of the exit voucher in the system.
- Number: Unique exit voucher number.
- Date: Date and time the voucher was created or approved.
- Applicant: Name of the requester of the exit.
- FleetAndvehicle: Indicate the fleet and vehicle associated with the exit voucher.
- Number of pieces: Total number of pieces included in the exit slip.
- BCI No.: Link to the associated Internal Purchase Order, if available.
- Attachment: Allows you to view attachments.
- User: Name of the user who made the recording.
Action Buttons
The buttons at the top right offer several options:
- Add (+): Allows you to create a new exit slip.
- ImportAndExport(Excel symbols): These options allow you to import and export issue slips with document details in Excel format.
- Refresh(circular arrow symbol): Reloads the displayed data.
- Excel export of exit vouchers with details of the parts
Statistical Indicators
At the bottom of the filters, the following indicators are visible:
- Number of records: Displays the total number of registered exit slips matching the filter criteria.
- Number of pieces: Displays the total number of coins issued in the filtered issue slips.
This interface is designed for optimized management of stock issues, allowing users to easily view issue slips and filter the display based on various parameters.
Add an Exit Voucher
Steps to Add a New Exit Voucher

Number: Enter a unique number for the exit slip. This field is required to identify each voucher separately.

BCI No.: Select the associated Internal Purchase Order (BCI) number, if applicable.

Date: The default date is today's, but you can change it by clicking on the calendar icon.

Fleet: Choose the fleet concerned or add a new one by clicking on the “+” sign.

Store: Select the store where the parts to be issued are located. This field is required to identify the storage location of the items.

vehicle: Select the vehicle for which the parts are intended, if applicable, or add one by clicking on “+”.

Management, Department, Service and Zone: These fields allow you to specify the location or department responsible. You can also add new options by clicking “+” for each field.

Applicant: Enter the name of the person or department requesting the release of the parts.

Attachment: Click "Choose file" to add a relevant document or file, such as a justification or an intervention request.

How: Use this space to add notes or details about article release.
Parts Section
In the “Parts” section, click the green “+” button to add items to the issue slip.
- Piece: Select the part to remove from the list. This field is required.
- Unit: Choose the unit of measurement for the room (e.g. unit, kg, liter).
- Quantity: Indicate the quantity of the part to be issued. This field is required.
- Remaining quantity BCI: This field indicates the remaining quantity for the BCI, if applicable.
- Quantity available: This field displays the quantity currently available in stock for the part.
Finalize the Exit Form
After verifying all the information entered, save the issue slip to validate the issue of the items from stock. This process documents and tracks stock movements, allowing for better management and traceability.
