In stock management module allows users to view and manage starting inventories. This interface contains essential information to monitor the status of stocks from the start of management. Here is an explanation of the key elements present in this interface:
Description of Fields
- Wording: This field indicates the name or description of the initial inventory. For example, here it is indicated as "report ashraf".
- Number: Unique identification number of the initial inventory. This helps differentiate each inventory, although it is empty in the example shown.
- Date: The date and time of creation of the initial inventory, here "09/11/2022 10:59:43". This helps to know the exact period when the inventory was drawn up.
- Responsible: The person or department responsible for this initial inventory. This field can be useful for tracking responsibilities, but it is empty in this example.
- How: Space for additional notes or remarks regarding the initial inventory.
- User: Indicates the user who created or modified this initial inventory. In the example, the user is "DIGISOFT".
Interface Features
- Add new inventory: The button+at the top right allows you to create a new initial inventory. This is useful for starting a new inventory tracking cycle.
