Export Trailers

The Trailer Assignment Export feature allows you to generate a file containing all the essential information relating to the assigned trailers. This file can be used for analysis, reporting or sharing with external services.

Steps to Export Data

Access the Trailer Assignments Interface:

• Log in to the system and open the sectionList of Trailer Assignments.

Apply Filters (Optional):

If you want to export a subset of the data, use the available filter criteria:

• Start dateAndEnd date.
• Status(In Progress, Closed).
• Tractor, Trailer, ou toute autre information pertinente.

Click on the Export Button:

• Recherchez et cliquez sur l'optionExporterdans la barre d'outils.

Download the Generated File:

• Une fois le fichier créé, un lien ou un bouton de téléchargement s'affiche. Cliquez dessus pour récupérer le fichier.
