Export Trailers

The Trailer Assignment Export feature allows you to generate a file containing all the essential information relating to the assigned trailers. This file can be used for analysis, reporting or sharing with external services.

Steps to Export Data

Access the Trailer Assignments Interface:

• Log in to the system and open the sectionList of Trailer Assignments.

Apply Filters (Optional):

If you want to export a subset of the data, use the available filter criteria:

• Start dateAndEnd date.
• Status(In Progress, Closed).
• Tractor, Trailer, or any other relevant information.

Click on the Export Button:

• Find and click on the optionExportin the toolbar.

Download the Generated File:

• Once the file is created, a download link or button will appear. Click on it to recover the file.
