Filter Trailers

The Trailer Assignment Filter feature allows you to quickly search and sort existing records based on specific criteria. This facilitates access to relevant data and improves assignment management.

Criteria Available for Filtering

Start Date:

• Shows assignments starting on a specific date or within a date range.

End Date:

• Allows you to filter assignments based on their planned or actual end date.

Status:

Filter assignments based on their status:

• In progress: Active assignments.
• Fence: Assignments already finalized.

Tractor:

• Select a specific vehicle (tractor) to view the assignments associated with it.

Trailer:

• Search for assignments for a particular trailer by selecting its number or identifier.

Steps to Use the Filter

Access the Filtering Tab:

• Go to the main trailer assignments page.
• Click on the optionFilteror use the search bar.

Define the Criteria:

Complete one or more of the available fields:

• Dates: Choose a specific date or range.
• Status: Select from the available options.
• TractorAndTrailer: Identify assignments associated with a specific vehicle or trailer.

Start the Search:

• The results will be displayed immediately based on the defined criteria.

Reset Criteria:

• Click onResetto empty all fields and start a new search.
