Filter Assignments

The vehicle assignment filter allows users to quickly search and sort assignments in the system based on defined criteria. This feature provides smooth navigation and quick access to relevant information, making management and tracking easier.

Available Filter Criteria

Users can refine their search using the following criteria:

1. Vehicle Information:

• Vehicle:Search by vehicle registration or name.
• Fleet:Filter by fleet or vehicle category (e.g. cars, trucks).
• Vehicle Condition:Identify the assignments according to the final condition of the vehicle (e.g.: good, damaged).

2. Information on Assignments:

• Main Driver:Search for assignments by main driver (name or number).
• Start date:View assignments starting on a specific date.
• Expected End Date:Filter assignments by their estimated duration.
• Current End Date:Locate assignments closed on a given date.

Mileage:

• Mileage Start:Search by initial mileage.
• End Mileage:Search by final mileage.
• Distance (km):Identify assignments based on distance traveled.

Hourly Index:

• Beginning:Initial hourly usage index.
• END:Final hourly usage index.

3. Entity and Region:

• Direction :Filter according to the direction concerned.
• Activity:Locate assignments based on activity or project.
• Department:View assignments linked to a specific department.
• Region :Search by geographic area.
• Service and Area:Locate assigned vehicles in specific areas or departments.
• Customers:If applicable, find assignments associated with specific customers.

4. Other Criteria:

• Number:Locate a specific assignment using its unique number.
• Attachment:Find assignments associated with specific documents.
• User:Search by the name of the user who created or edited the assignment.

Using the Filter

Steps:

Access the Filter:

• Go to the moduleVehicle Assignment Management.
• Click on the optionFilterto open the interface.

Define the Criteria:

• Complete one or more fields among the available criteria.
• Example: To find assignments related to a driver in a specific region, fill out the fieldsMain DriverAndRegion.

Start the Search:

• Click the buttonTo researchto display the results.

Refine the Search:

• Add or modify the criteria to refine the results.

Reset:

• Click onResetto empty all fields and start a new search.
