Trailers List

Theretrailer assignment listallows a detailed display of all trailers registered in the system, accompanied by key information associated with their assignments. This interface offers a global and up-to-date view for optimal management.

Available Columns in the List

Tractor (Associated Vehicle)

• Vehicle to which the trailer is assigned.

Vehicle Brand (Tractor)

• Manufacturer or brand of the towing vehicle (e.g.: Renault, Scania).

Trailer

• Unique identifier or number of the trailer.

Trailer Brand

• Manufacturer or brand of the trailer (e.g.: Schmitz, Kögel).

Start Date

• Date the assignment begins.

End Date

• Planned or actual end date of the assignment.

Status

Current status of assignment:

• In progress: Active assignment.
• Closed: Assignment completed.

Mileage (Tractor)

• Reading the tractor's odometer at the start of the assignment.

Mileage (Trailer)

• Trailer odometer reading (if applicable).

User

• Name of the user who added or edited the assignment.

Attachment

• Documents or files related to the assignment (e.g.: mission slip, photos).

How

• Additional notes or information.

• Organize the data by clicking on the column headers (e.g. by brand, start date, or status).

Quick Search

• Search bar allowing you to find a specific trailer or tractor using keywords.

Filtering

• Filter options byStatus, brand, user, Golddate rangeto refine the displayed list.

Paginated View

• If the list is long, it is divided into pages for easier navigation.

Viewing and Editing

• Click on a row to access details or make changes to an assignment.

Export

• Download the full or filtered list in Excel format for analysis or sharing purposes.
