Export Assignments

The Vehicle Assignment Export functionality allows users to generate a downloadable file containing all relevant assignment data stored in the system. This tool is essential for analysis, sharing or external audit needs.

• Planned duration (in days and hours) and actual duration (in days).
• Start and end mileage.
• Distance traveled.
• Start and end time index.

Entity and Region:

• Management, activity, department, region, service, zone, and customers.

Other Information:

• Assignment number.
• Name of the user who added or modified the assignment.
• Attachment (links to associated documents).

• The file is generated in the formatExcel (.xlsx)GoldCSV, depending on the user's needs.

How to Use the Export Function

Access the Assignment List:

• Go to the section dedicated to managing vehicle assignments.

2. Apply Filters (Optional):

• If necessary, apply filters to only export specific data (by region, time period, driver, etc.).

3. Start the Export:

• Click the buttonExport.
• Select the desired format (Excel or CSV).

4. Download the File:
