Highways Export

Export allows you to extract information from highway transactions in file form forexternal analysisgold hassharing with other services.

Access the export functionality

1. Go tolist of highwaysin the relevant module.

2. Click on theexport buttonavailable on the interface.

Selecting data to export

Export all data

• If no filter is applied, the exported file will containall motorway transactionsavailable in the system.

Export specific data

If you want to export only certain transactions, apply afiltereddepending on your needs:

• vehicle

• Collaborator

• Date(Start and End)

• Payment type

• Check number

• Amount

• Once the filter is applied, the generated file will not containthat the results corresponding to the selected criteria.

Generating and downloading the file

• Once the export is started, the system generates a file containing the selected data.

• The file is downloadable in formatExcel (.xlsx)
