Service filtering

The tool offilteringallows you toquickly sort and searchspecific services based on several criteria, thus facilitating access to essential information.

How to use service filtering?

In the interface"Services", click on the button“Filtered”(located at the top of the page).

Select search criteria

• You can filter services based on the following criteria:

• Service number→ Search for a specific recording.

• Date→ Only display services performed on a specific date or within a given period.

• vehicle→ Filter according to the vehicle concerned by the service.

• Collaborator→ View services associated with a specific employee.

• Type of service→ Refine the search according to the type of intervention (eg: Engine oil, Washing, Antifreeze, etc.).

• Station→ Search for services performed at a specific station.

• Amount excluding tax/tax→ Filter services by cost.

• Status→ Show only pending, validated or canceled services (if applicable).

Apply filter

• The list of services will refresh to show only results matching the defined criteria.

Reset filter

• To return to the complete list, simply click on thereset buttonto remove the active filter criteria.
