Exporting overheads
L'overhead exportallows users to extract data from the system as a file (usually inExcel). This functionality is essential for:
Analyze costs outside the system(e.g. via Excel).
Share data with other services(accounting, management).
Perform financial auditsto control and justify expenses.
How to Export Overhead Costs?
1⃣Access the General Expenses Module

Go to the main menu and open the interface“Overhead”.

The list of recorded overheads is displayed.
2⃣Use the Export Button

At the top right, click on the buttonExport(green icon in the form of a table).

A file is then generated withall data visiblein the list.
Export Specific Data – Using Filters
If the user wishesexport only certain expenses, he mustfilterdata before export.
Steps to Export a File with Filtered Data:
1⃣Use the Filter Barat the top of the page.
2⃣Apply one or more filtersaccording to the following criteria:

To research: Enter a keyword (e.g. “Penalty”, “Parking”).

Type of Overhead: Select a specific type (Taxes, Parking, Tires, etc.).

Start Date & End Date: Define a specific period (ex.01/01/2024 - 31/01/2024).

User: Filter according to the person who entered the expenses.
3⃣Start Searchto display only results matching the criteria.
4⃣Export File: Click on the buttonExport→ Only the displayed data will be exported.
