List of overheads
ThereList of General Expensesis an interface that displays a detailed summary of all of a company's overhead expenses. It allows managers to have a clear and precise vision of the costs incurred, thus facilitating monitoring and financial analysis.
Information Displayed in the List
The list is organized in table form with the following columns:
1⃣Month

Allows you to group fees by month of registration.

Example: An expense recorded inJanuarywill appear with "01".
2⃣Code
-
Unique reference assigned to each recorded expense (e.g. invoice, ticket, etc.).

Example:MAXB2125192Gold0032677.
3⃣Wording
-
Description of the expense, indicating its nature or reason.

4⃣Date & End Date

ThereDateindicates the day the expense was recorded.

ThereEnd Dateis displayed only if the charge isrecurrent.

Example: A penalty recorded on17/10/2023will have the corresponding date.
5⃣Type of Overhead

Classification of expenses according to their nature.

Examples:Penalty, Parking, Taxes, Washing, Hydro Ait Souss.
6⃣Amount excluding tax and Amount including tax

Amount excluding tax (excluding taxes): Initial cost without VAT.

Amount including tax (All taxes included): Final cost after adding VAT.
7⃣VAT %
-
Indicates the VAT rate applied to the expense.

Example:20%for certain costs such as services.
8⃣PaymentType

Indicates how the expense was paid.

9⃣Attachment

Allows you to associate supporting documents (invoices, receipts).

If an attachment is available, an icon appears to view it.

Identifies the person who entered the expense into the system.
Additional Features

Sorting & Search: Each column can be sorted (e.g. from smallest to largest amount).
Consultation / Modification / Deletion:

A context menu allows you toview, modify or deletea specific overhead.

Adding Recurring Fees: By activating the “Recurring charges” option, the field“End Date”becomes mandatory.
