List of highways

The interface“Highways”allows you to manage and track highway toll charges associated with fleet vehicles. It brings together essential information such as the vehicle concerned, the employee who used the motorway, the type of payment, as well as the amounts excluding taxes and all taxes included.

Information displayed in the list

Each line represents a transaction and contains the following information:

1. Fleet→ Identifier of the fleet to which the vehicle concerned belongs.

2. Number→ Unique reference assigned to the toll transaction.

3. Date→ Date and time of recording of the toll passage.

4. registered→ Registration number of the vehicle which made the journey.

5. Collaborator→ Driver or employee associated with the vehicle.

6. Motorway tolls→ Toll where the transaction was recorded.

7. Payment type→ Payment method used (e.g.: check, card, cash).

8. Check number→ Identifier of the check used for payment (if applicable).

9. Amount excluding tax→ Amount excluding taxes for the toll pass.

10. VAT→ Amount of value added tax applied.

11. Amount including tax→ Total amount to pay after application of VAT.

12. Creation date→ Date the transaction was recorded in the system.

13. Attachment→ Possibility of attaching or consulting a document linked to the transaction.

14. User→ Name of the user who recorded the transaction in the system.
