Importing Highways

Bulk Import of Highway Transactions allows multiple records to be added at once using apre-formatted file. This process facilitates the rapid integration of data into the system,avoiding repetitive manual entryAndreducing errors.

Steps to Import Highways

Download template file

• Click the button"Download the canvas".

• A template file containing the required fields is provided to ensure correct formatting.

2⃣ Complete the file with the required information

The file must respect theorder and structure of columns.

Mandatory fields (in red on the interface):

• vehicle

• Collaborator(First and last name or registration number)

• Registration number(from the employee)

• Number

• Date

• Amount excluding tax

• VAT

• Amount including tax

• Payment type

Optional fields:

• Hour

• Departure toll

• Arrival toll

• Consumption cards

• Attachment

• User

Noticed: Make sure that the values ​​entered correspond to existing references in the system.

3⃣ Load the file into the system

• Return to the import interface and click“Following”.

• Select the completed file from your computer.

• The system will perform afirst analysisdata.

4⃣ Checking and correcting errors

• A preview of the data is displayed with thetotal number of records.

• If errors are detected (e.g.:incorrect format, missing field), they will be reported.

• Correct the errorsand reimport the file if necessary.

5⃣ Confirm and finalize the import

• If no errors are found, click"Import".

• The systemwill automatically addhighways in the database.

• Aconfirmation messagewill validate the success of the import.
