Export of services

Exporting services allows you to generate a file containing all the data relating to the services registered in the system. This functionality facilitates the sharing of information with other internal departments or external partners (accounting, management, service providers, etc.). It also allows for in-depth data analysis outside the system, using tools like Excel or advanced management software.

Click on the green export buttonlocated at the top right of the screen.

The file containing all the services data will be automatically generated and downloaded.

Export with specific filters

If you want to export only certain information (for example, a specific time period or a specific vehicle), follow these steps:

1. Apply a filterusing the available options (date, vehicle, station, type of service, etc.).

2. Check that the list displayed corresponds to the desired information.

3. Click on the export buttonto generate a file containing only the filtered data.

Data exported

The exported file generally contains:

• Vehicle information (registration, mileage)

• Details of the services (type, date, station, amount excluding tax/tax included, VAT)

• The identity of drivers and users who have entered the services

• Any other element relevant to management and monitoring
