Filtering Quote

Quotation management is an essential step in the operations cycle. With an optimized filtering system and user-friendly interface, users can quickly access the information needed to review, compare and approve quotes based on operational needs. This precise and well-organized process contributes to informed decision-making while facilitating the management of relationships with suppliers and partners.

An advanced management system for quotes

Thanks to a powerful and intuitive structure, the quote management interface offers sophisticated filtering tools that allow you to refine your search and save time. These features guarantee better traceability of quotes while simplifying the selection and approval stages.

Here are the main filter criteria available:

• Start date and End date: This chronological filter allows you to limit searches to quotes issued in a specific period. By facilitating the identification of recent or past proposals, it contributes to better organization of monitoring and validation.

• Piece: This criterion offers the possibility of searching for quotes associated with specific parts. It is a valuable tool for targeting proposals linked to specific technical needs, ensuring effective supply management.

• vehicle: This filter allows you to refine the search to quotes for a particular vehicle. This makes it easier to identify necessary interventions or parts to replace, while optimizing cost tracking per vehicle.

• Business: This criterion offers a targeted view of quotes issued by a specific company or supplier. It is particularly useful for evaluating proposals based on existing business relationships and strategic priorities.

• User: This filter allows you to find quotes associated with a given user, thus offering increased traceability and simplified management of responsibilities.

The quote management system is not limited to a simple database. It is a strategic tool designed to meet the complex needs of businesses for planning, resource management and decision-making.

With an intuitive interface and powerful filters, this system ensures a clear and organized overview of quotes, allowing teams to quickly identify the best opportunities. Whether for the management of parts, vehicles or relationships with suppliers, this system promotes effective planning and rigorous monitoring, contributing to the success of operations and the achievement of overall objectives.
