Interventions List
The section dedicated tointervention requestsprovides a detailed and complete view of recorded requests for the management and monitoring of interventions related to fleet vehicles. It offers users simplified and structured access to essential information, thus facilitating the supervision of work carried out, the coordination of teams and the optimization of resources.
By centralizing all data relating to interventions, this section makes it possible to better understand the origin and nature of the problems reported, to anticipate maintenance needs and to ensure operational continuity. This system thus becomes a strategic lever for proactive vehicle management, guaranteeing efficiency, responsiveness and reduction of maintenance costs.
Display of intervention requests
At the heart of the interface, intervention requests are presented in the form of an organized table, where each line corresponds to a specific request. The columns, for their part, expose key details allowing precise analysis and optimal processing. Here are the elements that make up this view:
- System No.:This field assigns a unique identifier to each request, guaranteeing optimal traceability and easier management of requests.
- Date :The date on which the intervention request was created is displayed, allowing chronological monitoring of requests and their priority according to their age.
- Vehicle:The vehicle affected by the intervention is specified, providing a direct view of the units requiring particular attention.
- Model:This column indicates the vehicle model, allowing you to quickly identify the most common types of interventions for similar vehicles.
- Collaborator:The name of the user or employee who reported or handled the request is mentioned, reinforcing transparency and accountability in the processing of interventions.
- Mileage:The mileage record at the time of request is recorded, providing an essential basis for assessing preventive or corrective maintenance needs.
- Type:The nature of the intervention requested is described here (repair, preventive maintenance, technical inspection, etc.), allowing a clear categorization of the actions to be undertaken.
- Categories:This column groups subclasses or details on the type of request (braking, engine, bodywork, etc.), helping to identify areas requiring frequent intervention.
- Description :A detailed field specifying the problems or needs related to the vehicle, facilitating a clear understanding of the actions to be taken.
- Total amount including tax:The total estimated or actual cost of the intervention, including VAT, is displayed, allowing precise financial monitoring and better budget anticipation.
- Status:This column describes the status of the request (pending, in progress, completed), providing a clear view of priorities and next steps.
- Attachment:Relevant documents, such as quotes, invoices or intervention reports, can be associated here, centralizing all the information necessary for effective management.
- User:The details of the user who entered or updated the request are indicated, guaranteeing complete traceability and accountability of the actors.
DIGIPARC centralizes the management of all repair and intervention requests issued by the company's various departments. When a request is entered, it automatically receives the status “In progress” and evolves according to the progress of the work. Once the repairs have been carried out, its status changes to “Closed”, thus marking the finalization of the intervention.
Thanks to a single and centralized database, DIGIPARC makes it possible to store all intervention requests, whether preventive or curative maintenance. This organization makes it easier to find maintenance work, whether in progress, completed or planned. You can filter the data according to various criteria such as the department concerned, the vehicle fleet, the employee in charge or the type of intervention.
Each service request contains specific details, including current status, time spent on the task, parts replaced, actual costs incurred, and other essential information. This data, accessible in real time on DIGIPARC, provides complete visibility on maintenance activities, thus strengthening traceability, planning and monitoring of interventions.
The statuses of intervention requests available on DIGIPARC:
- In progress: Request entered and awaiting processing.
- Under repair: Intervention in progress.
- Processed: Intervention carried out, awaiting final validation.
- Closed: Request finalized after completion of the work.
- Canceled: Request canceled and not continued.
Managing intervention requests is a cornerstone for ensuring the performance and availability of fleet vehicles. By automating the tracking of requests and offering powerful analytical tools, this functionality reinforces responsiveness and allows decision-making based on reliable data. This not only ensures a reduction in downtime but also an improvement in overall productivity.
