Introduction

The Area Entry Alert interface is an essential component of the fleet management system. It allows vehicle entry events to be monitored in predefined areas and alerts to be archived for rigorous monitoring. This interface offers both reporting capabilities and instant email notifications, ensuring optimal monitoring and rapid access to strategic information.

Search Filters

The filters present in this interface allow you tosearch and view specific alertsbased on personalized criteria. Here are the available filter fields:

• Start Date / End Date:
  These fields allow you to define a specific date range in order totarget alerts occurring in a given period. This facilitates the analysis of vehicle movements over a day, a week, or a personalized period.

• Group of Vehicles:
  This filter allows you toselect one or more vehicle groups(for example: service vehicles, delivery trucks, etc.). This simplifies the management of large fleets by filtering only alerts corresponding to a specific segment.

• vehicle:
  The user can choosea specific vehicle or vehiclesin order to follow their movements and their entry alerts into the zones.

• Fleet:
  This filter makes it possible to isolate thealerts linked to a given fleet, facilitating consultation for managers responsible for a particular fleet.

Alerts Table

Once the search criteria are defined, the results appear in ainteractive whiteboardwhich displays zone entry alerts in structured form. Each row of the table corresponds to an alert and contains the following information:

• Fleet: The name of the fleet to which the vehicle belongs, facilitating organization by segment.
• Collaborator: The driver responsible for the vehicle at the time.
• vehicle: The registration or identifier of the vehicle concerned by the alert.
• Area: The name of the zone the vehicle entered.
• Alert Type: Specifies that this is azone entry alert.
• Date: The exact time and date the vehicle crossed the limits of the defined zone.

Associated with the Table

The alerts table is enriched with several features to improve the user experience:

• Dynamic Sorting and Search:
  The user can sort columns or search for a specific alert by employee name, vehicle registration, or zone name.

• Choosing Columns to Display:
  The user cancustomize column displayto only show the most relevant information, thus optimizing the visualization of the table.

• Data Export:
  The table allowsexporting alertsin several formats (CSV, Excel) to facilitate sharing and subsequent analysis.

Email Alerts

As seen in thezone management interface, it is possible toconfigure email alertsto notify those responsible as soon as a vehicle enters a defined area. This functionality ensuresimmediate responsivenessfacing important events.

Alerts can be sent according to user preferences:

• At each zone entry: Provides real-time monitoring of sensitive vehicles.
