Daily Distance

Introduction

The daily distance traveled report interface provides a detailed overview of the daily kilometers traveled by each vehicle in the fleet. It allows rapid analysis of vehicle performance and level of use, making it easier to monitor journeys taken.

Interface Filter

To optimize the search and analysis of distances traveled, the user has the following filters:

• Vehicle group: Selection of one or more vehicle groups for targeted filtering.
• vehicle: Allows you to choose one or more specific vehicles.
• Year: Refines the results by year.
• Month: Allows you to limit the display to the distances traveled over a specific month.

Results Table

The table displays essential information for each vehicle and day in the selected period:

• Fleet: The fleet to which the vehicle belongs.
• Band: The group to which the vehicle is attached.
• vehicle: Registration or identification of the vehicle.
• Collaborator: Driver associated with the vehicle.
• day: Date of the day concerned with the distance traveled.
