Passage Areas
Introduction
The Passage by Zone report is an essential interface for tracking and managing fleet movements. It makes it possible to trace the journeys made by vehicles between different defined zones and to record key information linked to each passage. This report provides managers with a comprehensive view of their vehicle movements and makes it easier to detect irregularities or optimization opportunities.
Export to PDF and Excel
Report data can be easily exported to PDF or Excel, allowing further analysis outside of the interface. Excel export notably offers the possibility of creating graphs, pivot tables, and carrying out statistical comparisons. These features also make it easier to share results with other departments or external partners.
Advanced Filtering
The interface offers several filters to personalize the display of data. Users can select a specific time period using the start date and end date filters. They can also restrict analysis to a group of vehicles, a particular vehicle, or even specific entry and exit areas, providing great flexibility for data exploration.
Visualization of Interzone Journeys
The interface provides a detailed view of each movement made between zones. It identifies for each passage the zone of origin, the zone of arrival, as well as the associated time and date. This feature helps managers track routes taken and analyze travel behaviors.
Driver and Vehicle Tracking
Each recording is associated with a specific driver, which makes it possible to evaluate driving efficiency and detect possible deviations or inappropriate behavior. By also tracking the vehicles used, it becomes possible to identify the most active vehicles or those experiencing the most difficulties.
Measuring Time and Distances
The report automatically calculates the duration of each trip, that is, the time between leaving one zone and entering another. It also records the distance traveled in kilometers. This information is valuable for evaluating vehicle productivity, detecting prolonged stops or identifying inefficient journeys.
Route Optimization and Logistics Performance
By analyzing frequently crossed areas and travel times, managers can spot opportunities for improvement. This includes optimizing routes to reduce fuel consumption or travel time, and identifying new areas to avoid in the event of recurring congestion.
Anomaly and Fraud Detection
The report makes it possible to detect anomalies such as unexpected passages in unauthorized areas or unusual journeys. This information can help spot possible fraud or operational errors, for example when a vehicle makes unplanned stops.
Comparison by Period
The ability to filter trips by date allows performance to be compared between different time periods. This can help managers identify trends, such as an increase in activity over a period of time or a decline in performance in certain areas.
