Monthly Fuel

Introduction

The fuel report - total quantity per month interface allows you to track the monthly fuel consumption of each vehicle. This report helps monitor energy expenses and optimize fleet management. It presents both the monthly consumption per vehicle and the cumulative total over the year.

Filtered

The interface has several filtering options allowing you to precisely target the desired data:

• Fleet: Filter by fleet to analyze.
• Vehicle group: Selection of one or more groups of vehicles.
• vehicle: Allows you to choose one or more specific vehicles.
• Year: Limits the display to data from a given year.

Results Table

The table presents the following information:

• Fleet: Indicates which fleet the vehicle belongs to.
• vehicle: Vehicle registration or identifier.
• Collaborator: Driver or person responsible for the vehicle.
• Januaryà December: Quantity of fuel consumed (in liters) each month.
• Total Quantity (L): Sum of the quantities of fuel consumed over the entire year.

• Advanced Filtering:
  The filter allows you to precisely select the fleets, groups of vehicles, and periods to analyze for optimal monitoring.

• Monthly Display and Annual Cumulative:
  The columns from January to December show the monthly consumption in liters, while the columnTotal Quantity (L)accumulates the consumption of the entire year for each vehicle.
