Introduction
The interfaceExit Alert areais based on the same principle as input alerts, but it focuses on eventsvehicle exitpredefined areas. This system allowsmonitor vehicle departurescritical areas andarchive alertsfor effective monitoring. The main objective is to ensurerigorous control of movementsand alert officials when vehicles leave important areas.
Search Filters
The filters present in this interface allow atargeted search for zone exit eventsbased on user-defined criteria:

Start Date / End Date:
Delimits the time range over which exit alerts should be displayed. -
Group of Vehicles:
Allows you to select aspecific groupto display only the outputs associated with these vehicles. -
vehicle:
Offers the possibility ofchoose one or more vehiclesand view their release history. -
Fleet:
Facilitates research byfiltering by fleet, which is useful for managers who oversee multiple fleets.
These filters ensure that relevant information can be consulted quickly, even in environments with a large volume of data.
Alerts Table
The search results are displayed as ainteractive whiteboard, where each line corresponds to an area exit alert. This table contains the following columns:
- Fleet: Name of the fleet to which the vehicle belongs.
- Collaborator: Driver of the vehicle at the time of the alert.
- vehicle: Vehicle registration or identifier.
- Area: Area left by the vehicle.
- Alert Type: Indicates that this is aexit alert zone.
- Date: Exact date and time of release.
This presentation allowsclear and orderly visualizationzone exits, thus facilitating analysis and monitoring.
Associated with the Table
The table includes several options forimprove user experienceand optimize the analysis:

Dynamic Sorting and Search:
Allows you tosort dataor perform a quick search by employee name, vehicle registration, or area. -
Choosing Columns to Display:
The user cancustomize column displayto display only essential information. -
Data Export:
The table can beexported in different formats(CSV, Excel) to enable further analysis or sharing.
Email Alerts
This interface also offers aemail notification optionto alert officials in real time when vehicles leave certain areas. This feature can be configured to:
- Notify each time you leave the area.
- Limit alerts to specific areas(e.g. sensitive or high security areas).
Users canenable or disablethese notifications according to their needs, ensuringmaximum responsivenessfacing critical events.
Archiving and Tracking Alerts
The objective of this interface is to ensurecomplete archivingexit alerts in adetailed report, allowing:
- Precise historical monitoringto analyze vehicle exit habits.
- Identifying abnormal behavior, such as unauthorized exits.
- More efficient management of operations, adjusting times and zone settings.
Archiving also guaranteescomplete traceability, which can be useful for audits or compliance reporting.
