Introduction
The distance traveled per month report interface allows you to track and analyze the kilometers traveled by each vehicle on a monthly basis. This report is essential for evaluating vehicle usage over a longer period of time and detecting performance and activity trends.
Filtered
The interface offers a filtering system allowing you to target relevant data:
- Vehicle group: Filter to restrict the display to one or more specific groups.
- vehicle: Selection of one or more vehicles to analyze.
- Year: Limiting results to a given year for consistent analysis.
- Month: Selection of one or more months of the year.
Results Table
The table displays the following information:
- Fleet: Indicates the fleet to which the vehicle belongs.
- Band: Group to which the vehicle is attached.
- vehicle: Vehicle number or registration.
- Collaborator: Name of the driver or main user of the vehicle.
- Month: The month corresponding to the distance traveled.
- Distance Traveled (Km): Total number of kilometers traveled by the vehicle during the month.
