Distance Schedule
The functionality ofdistance calculation by scheduleallows you to measure the distance traveled by a vehicle based on the time the AdBlue is used. This tool is essential for evaluating vehicle performance and optimizing their management.
Principles of Calculation
-
Necessary Data:
- Time Index (Start and End): The record of hours of use of the vehicle for the period concerned.
- Distance in Kilometers: The total distance traveled (if available).
- Hourly Consumption: Based on data stored in the system.
-
Basic Formula:
Distance traveled (km)=(End Time Index−Start Time Index)×Consumption Factor\text{Distance traveled (km)} = (\text{End Time Index} - \text{Start Time Index}) \times \text{Consumption Factor}Distance traveled (km)=(End Time Index−Start Time Index)×Consumption Factor- Consumption Factor: Average value representing kilometers traveled per hour of use.
Steps to Use the Feature
Access the Calculation Interface:
- Go to the menu“AdBlue”, then select“Hourly Distance Calculation”.
Select Periods and Vehicles:
- vehicle: Choose one or more vehicles from the list.
- Period: Indicate the date range for which you want to perform the calculation.
Start Calculation:
- Click the button“Recalculate Distance”.
- The system automatically calculates the distance traveled based on time indexes.
Show Results:
The calculated distances are displayed in table form with the following columns:
- vehicle
- Index Time Start
- End Time Index
- Calculated Distance (Km)
- Hourly Consumption
- Comments (if available)
