Import Fuel

The functionalityImport of Fuelallows mass addition of consumption records via a pre-formatted file, thus optimizing the entry process for fleet managers.

Fields Available for Import

Required Fields:

These fields must be completed in the file for the import to be validated:

• Date :The fuel consumption date (format: DD/MM/YYYY).
• Vehicle:The vehicle associated with the consumption (registration or unique identifier).
• Collaborator:The driver or person responsible for the vehicle.
• Quantity:The amount of fuel consumed (in liters).
• Fuel Type:The type of fuel used (e.g. diesel, gasoline).
• Full:Indicates whether the tank has been completely filled (possible values: "yes" or "no").

Optional Fields:

These fields are not required, but can enrich the imported data:

• Number:Unique reference for the operation.
• Voucher number:Reference of the linked purchase or payment voucher.
• Time:Precise time of the transaction (format: HH:MM).
• Payment Date:Date the payment was made.
• Registration number:Internal identifier of the employee.
• Mileage:Total vehicle mileage at the time of consumption.

Import Steps

Access the Import Interface:

• Go to the moduleFueland click on the buttonImport.

Download the Pre-Formatted Template:

• If necessary, download the system-provided template to prepare the data.

Complete the File:

• Make sure that all mandatory columns are completed and that the format is respected.

Import File:

• Click onBrowseto select the filled file.

• Validate the import by clicking onImport.

Verification and Confirmation:

• The system will check the data and report any errors (e.g. missing fields or incorrect formats).
• Correct the errors if necessary, then retry the import.
