Export Refills
L'export of fuel card top-upsallows you to generate a file containing all the information relating to the transactions carried out, thus facilitating the sharing and external analysis of the data. Here's how to do it:
Selection:Click on“Exporting Refills”to open the dedicated interface.
Define Export Criteria
- Period:Specify a date range for the refills to export, indicating astart dateand oneend date.
Additional Filters:Depending on your needs, you can refine the export by selecting criteria such as:
- Card Number:Export top-ups linked to one or more specific cards.
- Supplier:Filter by supplier or gas station.
- Amount:Define an amount range for transactions to include.
Choose File Format
Formats Available:Select the desired file format for export:
- CSV (Comma-Separated Values):Ideal for importing into spreadsheets or databases.
- Excel (.xlsx):For direct analysis in Microsoft Excel or compatible software.
- PDF:For easy sharing and reading without editing.
Generate and Upload File
- Generation :After setting the criteria and format, click the button“Generate File”.
- Download:Once the file is generated, a download link will appear. Click on“Download”to save the file to your computer.
Using the Exported File
- External Analysis:Import the file into your analytics or accounting software to review data, generate reports, or perform audits.
- Sharing:Send the file to relevant stakeholders, such as finance departments or fleet managers, for a collaborative review.
