Export Tanks

L'export of tank dataallows you to generate a file containing all the information relating to your tanks, thus facilitating sharing and external analysis for optimized resource management. Here's how to do it:

Steps to Export Tank Data

 

Navigate to the Export Option:

• In the tank management interface, find and click the button"Export"Gold“Data Export”.

Select File Format:

• Choose the desired file format for export, such asCSV(Comma-Separated Values),ExcelGoldPDF, depending on your analysis or sharing needs.

Define Export Criteria (Optional):

• If your system allows it, you can specify criteria to filter the data to export, for example:

Specific period(using the fieldsStart dateAndEnd date).

• Fuel type.
• Associated fleet.

Start the Export:

• After configuring the export options, click"Export"Gold“Generate File”.

Download the File:

• Once the file is generated, a download link will appear. Click on it to download the file to your computer.
