Refills List

Access the Refill List

• Navigation:From the main dashboard, navigate to the module“CONSUMPTION”.
• Selection:Click on“Recharge List”to display all transactions.

List Structure

The list shows the following information for each refill:

• Date :Indicates the date the recharge was performed.
• Map:Number or identifier of the fuel card used.
• Supplier:Name of the provider or gas station where the recharge took place.
• Amount excluding tax:Transaction amount excluding taxes.
• VAT:Amount of value added tax applied.
• Amount including tax:Total amount all taxes included.
• Volume :Quantity of fuel recharged, generally expressed in liters.
