Refills List

Access the Refill List

• Navigation:From the main dashboard, navigate to the module"CONSUMPTION".
• Selection:Click on“Recharge List”pour afficher l'ensemble des transactions.

List Structure

The list shows the following information for each refill:

• Date :Indique la date à laquelle la recharge a été effectuée.
• Carte :Numéro ou identifiant de la carte carburant utilisée.
• Fournisseur :Nom du fournisseur ou de la station-service où la recharge a eu lieu.
• Amount excluding tax:Transaction amount excluding taxes.
• VAT:Amount of value added tax applied.
• Amount including tax:Total amount all taxes included.
• Volume :Quantity of fuel recharged, generally expressed in liters.
