The functionalityFuel Filterallows you to quickly and efficiently locate fuel consumption records in the system. With customizable criteria, this option makes it easier to manage and analyze fuel data based on specific user needs.

Available Filter Criteria

Period:

• Start date:Search for consumptions from a specific date.
• End date:Displays consumption up to a specific date.

General Information:

• Number:Search by unique reference of the operation.
• Vehicle:Filter according to the vehicle involved (registration, brand, or model).
• Collaborator:Identify consumption by driver or associated manager.

Payment and Consumption Data:

• Map:Search for transactions made with a specific card.
• Cistern:Filter consumption coming from a given tank.
• Payment method:Select a payment method (cash, credit card, etc.).
• Consumption File:Find records that have related files.

Type and Classification:

• Fuel Type:Filter according to the type of fuel used (e.g. diesel, gasoline).
• Vehicle Category:Refine the search according to the vehicle category (e.g.: light, heavy).

User:

• Identify transactions entered or modified by a specific user.

How to Use the Fuel Filter

Access the Filter:

• Click the icon or tabFuel Filterin the dedicated module.

Fulfill the Criteria:

• Choose one or more fields from the criteria mentioned (e.g.: vehicle, period).
• Use drop-down options or text fields to enter information.

Start Search: Refine or Reset Search:

• Edit completed fields for a more targeted search.
• Click onResetto clear all criteria and start from scratch.
