Hourly Calculation

The functionality ofCalculation of Distance Traveled Hourlyallows you to automatically estimate the total distance traveled by a vehicle in kilometers taking into account the recorded hourly indexes.

Calculation Principle

Necessary Data:

• Start time index: Indicates the value of the hourly index at the start of the period.
• Fine hour index: Indicates the value of the hourly index at the end of the period.

Applied Formula:

Distance traveled (km)=End time index−Start time index\text{Distance traveled (km)} = \text{End time index} - \text{Start time index}Distance traveled (km)=End time index−Start time index

If the start or end time index is missing, the system displays an alert to request a data update.

Automatic Update:

• The results are calculated and updated automatically in the fieldDistance traveled (km).

How to Use the Feature?

Access the Consumption List:

• Navigate to the moduleFueland open the consumption management interface.

Enter the Time Indexes:

• Make sure the fieldsStart time indexAndFine hour indexare correctly entered for the vehicles concerned.

Start Automatic Calculation:

• Click the buttonRecalculate Hourly Distances(if available) or let the system perform the calculation automatically after entry.

View the Results:

• The calculated distance is displayed in the corresponding column of the list or on the consumption form.
