Filter Refills

TEAfiltering of tank refillsis an essential functionality to efficiently analyze and manage fueling operations. It makes it easy to sort and search refill records based on various criteria, such as date, amount or fuel type.

Available Filter Fields

To research:Free input field to search by specific keywords.
Cistern:Allows you to select a specific tank to display only associated refills.
Supplier/Customer:Filters top-ups based on the vendor or customer involved in the transaction.
Start date:Defines the date from which refills should be displayed.
End date:Sets the date until which refills should be displayed.

Using the Filter

Access the Tank Refills Interface:

From the moduleFuel, select the optionTank Refills.

Apply the Desired Filters:

To research:Enter a relevant keyword (for example, a purchase order number) in the search box.
Cistern:Choose the tank concerned from the drop-down menu.
Supplier/Customer:Select the relevant supplier or customer.
Start Date and End Date:Indicate the desired period by selecting the appropriate dates.

Start the Search:

After configuring the filters, click the buttonTo researchto display the corresponding results.

By mastering the use of these filters, you will optimize the management of your tank refills, thus facilitating the monitoring and analysis of fueling operations.
