Fuel Export

The functionalityExport of Fuelallows you to generate a file bringing together the information available on the fuel consumption recorded in the system. This option provides a convenient solution for analyzing, sharing or archiving data.

Exported Information

The export file includes the following fields, depending on the available records:

Vehicle Information:

• Vehicle:Identifier or registration of the vehicle concerned.
• Collaborator:Name of driver or vehicle user.
• Vehicle category:Type or category (e.g. utility, heavy duty).

Consumption Details:

• Number:Unique reference for consumption.
• Date :Date of the consumption transaction.
• Fuel type:Type used (e.g.: gasoline, diesel).
• Station or Cistern:Source of supply (service station or internal tank).
• Payment method:Means used to pay (cash, card, transfer).
• Quantity:Quantity consumed in liters.
• Unit Price:Cost per liter.
• Amount excluding tax:Cost excluding taxes.
• VAT:Tax amount.
• Amount including tax:Total cost all taxes included.
• Full:Indication if refueling has been carried out (Yes/No).

Performance Information:

• Mileage:Reading the odometer at the time of consumption.
• Distance traveled:Distance traveled since last consumption.
• % Consumption:Consumption indicator in percentage.
• Time index:Reading the time index (if applicable).
• Distance km hourly:Distance linked to the time index (if available).

Miscellaneous Data:

• User:Name of the user who saved or edited the entry.
• Attachment:Consumer-related documents.
• How:Additional notes or observations.

Export File Format

• FileType:
  The generated file is in Excel (.xls or .xlsx) or CSV (.csv) format.

• Structure :
  The information is organized into clearly labeled columns for intuitive use.

Steps to Export Data

Open the moduleFuelin the system.

Click the buttonExportor go to the section dedicated to export.

Configure Export Criteria (Optional):

• Set the desired filters (e.g. period, fuel type, vehicle, employee).

Generate the File:

• Click onGenerate file.
• Once processing is complete, download the file by clicking on the link provided.

Download and Use the File:

• Save the file to your device.
• Share, analyze or archive data as needed.
