Adblue management

Managing AdBlue in the system allows precise monitoring of consumption and costs linked to the use of this additive. This interface makes it easy to add, modify, consult and delete data for optimal management.

Fields Available in the Add Form

General Information:

• vehicle (Mandatory): Select the vehicle affected by AdBlue consumption.
• Collaborator (Optional): Associate a driver or user with consumption.
• Designation: Description or label of the entry.
• Number: Unique identifier of the record.
• Date (Mandatory): Date of operation.
• Station: Place or point of distribution of AdBlue.
• Tank: Source of supply (if applicable).

2. Costs:

• Payment method: Method used for payment (cash, card, account, etc.).
• Quantity (Mandatory): Volume of AdBlue consumed (in litres).
• Unit price: Cost per liter of AdBlue.
• Amount excluding tax: Amount excluding tax.
• VAT: Value added tax rate.
• Amount including tax: Total amount including all taxes.

3. Consumption:

• Mileage (Mandatory): Mileage statement at the time of supply.
• Distance traveled (Calculated automatically): Based on last recorded mileage.
• % Consumption (Calculated automatically): Estimated average consumption based on the data entered.
• Time index: Hourly record linked to the use of the vehicle.

4. Miscellaneous:

• Attachment: Addition of associated documents (invoices, supporting documents, etc.).
• How: Notes or remarks on the operation.

Adding a Record

Access the Interface:

• Navigate to the moduleAdBluefrom the main menu.

• Click the buttonAdd.

 

Complete the Form:

• Complete the required fields (Vehicle, Date, Quantity, Mileage) and additional information if necessary.

Save:

• Once the data is verified, clickSaveto finalize the addition.

Editing a Record

Search Recording:

• Access the list of AdBlue consumption.
• Use thefilteredto find the entry to modify (by date, vehicle, etc.).

Edit Information:

• Click the edit icon associated with the record.

• Update the necessary fields.

Save Changes:

• Validate the changes by clicking onSave.

Deleting a Recording

Locate the Recording:

• Use the list or filter to find the entry to delete.

DELETE:

• Click on the iconDELETEand confirm the action.

• A confirmation alert appears to prevent accidental deletions.
