Adblue import

The functionalityimport AdBlue dataallows you to add several consumption records in a single operation via a pre-formatted file. This method simplifies and accelerates consumption management for large fleets.

Fields Available for Import

Required Fields: These fields must be completed for each record:

• Date: Consumption date (format: DD/MM/YYYY).
• vehicle: Identifier or registration of the vehicle concerned.
• Collaborator: Name or number of the employee associated with the consumption.
• Quantity: Quantity of AdBlue consumed (in litres).
• Payment method: Method used to pay for consumption (e.g.: Card, Cash, Transfer).
• Full: Indicates whether the tank has been completely filled (possible values: Yes/No).

Optional Fields: These fields can be left empty or filled as needed:

• Number: Reference or number associated with the transaction.
• Station: Name or identifier of the refueling station.
• Tank: Identifier of the tank used, if applicable.
• Unit price: Price per liter of AdBlue.
• Amount excluding tax/tax: Total cost excluding taxes and all taxes included.
• Mileage: Mileage recorded during consumption.
• Time index: Hourly index of the vehicle at the time of consumption.
• Distance traveled: Distance traveled since the last refueling.
• How: Additional information on consumption.

Prepare the File for Import

Download the Pre-Formatted Template :

• Click the button"Download the model"in the import interface.

• The file is provided in Excel format (.xlsx).

Fill in the Fields :

• Fill in the data in the corresponding columns.
• Make sure the required fields are completed correctly.
• Respect the required formats (e.g.: dates, numbers, Yes/No values).

Data Verification :

• Check for duplicates or errors before importing.
• Make sure that the vehicles and employees mentioned already exist in the system.

Steps to Import Data

Access the AdBlue Import Interface :

• Navigate to the menu“AdBlue”, then select"Import".

Download and Complete the Template :

• Download the template file if necessary.
• Fill in the data following the instructions mentioned above.

Import File :

• Click on“Choose a file”, then select the completed Excel file.

• Press the button“following”.

Data Validation :

• The system automatically checks for errors (missing fields, incorrect formats).
• Errors are displayed for correction before final import.

Finalize the Import :

• Once validated, the records are added to the system.
• A confirmation message indicates the success of the operation.
