The functionality ofexport AdBlue dataallows you to generate a file containing all relevant information related to AdBlue consumption. This file can be used for in-depth analyses, audits, or sharing with internal or external stakeholders.

Export Functionality: General View

Quick Access:

Accessible via a dedicated button on the “AdBlue List” interface.
Allows instant generation of a file containing all visible or filtered data.

Format of the Generated File:

Default Format:Excel file (.xlsx) for easy data manipulation.
Other Format Available:Export to PDF for standardized and non-editable sharing.

Steps to Export AdBlue Data

Access the AdBlue List:
Navigate to the “AdBlue List” interface to view the available data.

Apply Filters (Optional):
Use filters to select only records to export, for example:

By period (Start date/End date).
By vehicle or employee.
By payment type or station.

Click on the Export Button:

Click on"Export"located at the top of the list.

Select the desired format (Excel or PDF).

File Download:

Once generated, the file is available for immediate download.
The file name automatically includes a timestamp for easy identification (e.g.:AdBlue_Export_2024-11-29.xlsx).
