Export Maps

L'Exporting Mapsallows you to generate a file containing all the fuel card information stored in the system. This feature is designed to facilitate sharing and external analysis of data.

Main features

• Formats available: The export file is usually generated in Excel format (.xlsx).

Data included:
The file contains the following information for each fuel card:

• Number
• vehicle
• Collaborator
• Name
• Start date
• End date
• Fuel ceiling
• Service ceiling
• Initial balance
• Fleet
• Card type
• Assignment type
• Total recharged excluding tax
• Total amount consumed excluding tax
• Total amount remaining excluding tax
• Status

• Applicable filters: The user can choose to export only a subset of the data by applying filter criteria before exporting (for example, a date range, a card type, or a specific fleet).

Steps to perform an export

1. Access to the export option:
   From the main interface, click on the button"Export"available at the top of theList of Cards.

Applying filters(optional):
Select filter criteria to limit exported data, for example:

• Start dateAndEnd date
• Status(active, expired)
• Card type
• Fleet

Format selection:
Choose the export file format: Excel.

Confirmation:
Click on"Export". A progress bar will indicate the status of the export process.

Download:
Once the export is complete, a download link will be provided. Click to recover the generated file.
