Fields Present in the List of Tank Refills

• Cistern:Identifier or name of the tanker that received the refill.

• Date :Date the recharge was made.

• Quantity:Volume of fuel added, expressed in liters.

• Unit Price:Cost per liter of fuel.

• Amount excluding tax:Total amount excluding taxes, calculated by multiplying the quantity by the unit price.

• VAT:Montant de la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée applicable à la transaction.

• Montant TTC :Montant total toutes taxes comprises, incluant la TVA.

• PO number (Purchase order):Référence du bon de commande associé à la recharge.

• BL number (Delivery Note):Reference of the corresponding delivery note.

• Attachement :Link or reference to supporting documents, such as invoices or receipts, related to the recharge.
