ThereFuel Listis an interface dedicated to viewing and managing fuel consumption data recorded in the system. This functionality allows precise and detailed monitoring of fuel operations for each vehicle and employee.

Information Displayed in the Fuel List

The list includes the following fields for a complete view of the data:

1. General Information

• Vehicle:The vehicle concerned by the consumption (registration, brand, model).
• Collaborator:The driver or person responsible for the operation.
• Number:Unique reference for the consumption operation.
• Designation :Type or description of the operation.

2. Consumption Data

• Date :Date of operation.
• Fuel Type:Nature of fuel used (diesel, gasoline, etc.).
• Quantity:Volume of fuel consumed (in liters).
• Unit Price:Cost per liter.
• Amount excluding tax:Amount excluding taxes.
• VAT:Rate and amount of added tax.
• Amount including tax:Total amount with taxes included.

3. Performance and Indicators

• Mileage:Distance traveled since the last operation.
• Distance Traveled:Total distance covered for the operation.
• % Consumption:Average consumption as a percentage.
• Hourly Index:Operating time indicator for specific vehicles.

4. Miscellaneous Information

• Station or Cistern:Place or source of supply.
• Payment method:Cash, card, or other means used.
• How:Additional observations or remarks.

Sorting Data:

• Sort by vehicle, employee, date, fuel type, etc., by clicking on the column headers.
