Card Management

The management offuel cardsin the system makes it possible to centralize and optimize the administration of cards used for fuel supplies and associated services. It includes the following operations:addition, modification, Anddeletioncard information.

Steps to Add a New Card

Access the Interface:

• Go to the menu“Fuel Cards”, then click“Add a Card”.

Enter the Mandatory Information:

• Number: Unique identifier of the card.
• Name: Name associated with the card (often the employee or the vehicle).
• Start Date: Card activation date.
• Card Type: Select from the available options (Fuel, Service, Mixed, etc.).
• Status: Indicate whether the card isactive, blockedGolddisabled.

Enter Optional Information:

• Fleet: Associate the card with a specific fleet.
• Supplier: Name of the provider issuing the card (e.g.: Total, Shell).
• Activity: Activity or project to which the card is attached.
• Fuel Ceiling: Maximum amount authorized for fuel.
• Ceiling Service: Maximum amount authorized for services (washing, maintenance, etc.).
• Tag Jawaz: Identifier linked to electronic tolling, if applicable.
• Quota: Maximum quantity of fuel or services usable over a given period.
• PIN code: Confidential code associated with the card.
• How: Add additional remarks or information.

Validation:

• Click the button“Save”to add the card to the system.
• A confirmation message will appear if the addition is successful.

Dynamic Management of Assignment Types

In the management interfacefuel cards, entering thetype of assignmentautomatically determines the display of an additional field specific to this type. This allows for more intuitive and adapted input depending on the use case. Here is a detailed overview:

Available Assignment Types

When entering, the fieldType Assignmentoffers several options. Each selection displays a context field to collect relevant information:

Driver:

• Displayed Field: Driver Name
• Objective: Associate the fuel card with a specific driver.
• Example: If you selectDriver, a field to search for or add a driver is displayed.

vehicle:

• Displayed Field: Vehicle Registration
• Objective: Link the fuel card to a particular vehicle.
• Example: By selectingvehicle, the system offers a field to enter or select an existing registration in the fleet.

Service:

• Displayed Field: Service Name
• Objective: Assign the fuel card to an internal service (e.g.: maintenance, transport).
• Example: If the optionServiceis chosen, a field to specify the service (transport, logistics, etc.) appears.

Station:

• Displayed Field: Station Name
• Purpose: Associate the card with a specific service station for restricted purchases.
• Example: WithStation, a field is displayed to choose from the stations stored in the system.

Entry Steps in the Form

1. Choose the Assignment Type:

   • In the fieldType Assignment, select one of the options:Driver, vehicle, Service, GoldStation.

2. Enter Contextual Information:

   • An additional field is automatically displayed depending on your selection.
   • Fill in the necessary information in this field (e.g.: driver, vehicle).

3. Complete the Form:

   • Continue to enter the other required information (Number, Ceilings, etc.).

4. Save Data:

   • Click on“Save”to validate the addition of the card with its assignment.

Example of Dynamic Use

• Case of Assignment to a Driver:

  • SelectDriver.
  • The fieldDriver Nameis displayed.
  • Search and select a registered driver or add a new one.

• Case of Assignment to a Station:

  • SelectStation.
  • Le champ Nom de la Stationapparaît.

Editing an Existing Map

Accéder à la Liste des Cartes:

• Sélectionnez la carte que vous souhaitez modifier.

Éditer les Informations:

• Cliquez sur "Modifier"et mettez à jour les champs nécessaires.
• Vous pouvez ajuster les plafonds, le statut, ou toute autre information pertinente.

Enregistrer les Changements:

• Cliquez sur "Sauvegarder"pour valider les modifications.
• Les modifications seront immédiatement prises en compte et visibles dans le système.

Deleting a Card

Localiser la Carte:

• Depuis la liste des cartes, sélectionnez celle à supprimer.

Supprimer la Carte:

• Cliquez sur le bouton "Supprimer", puis confirmez l'action.

Steps to use Quick Add

Dans l’interface "Ajouter", une section dédiée à l’Ajout rapideest disponible. Cette section permet d’enregistrer une carte carburant de manière simplifiée en utilisant uniquement les champs essentiels. Cela facilite le processus d’ajout tout en restant accessible à partir de la même interface.

Structure of the “Add” interface

Mode Standard et Mode Ajout rapide:

• Par défaut, l’interface "Ajouter"affiche tous les champs disponibles pour un enregistrement complet.
• En activant le mode Ajout rapide, seuls les champs essentiels sont affichés pour simplifier l’expérience utilisateur.

Champs disponibles en Ajout rapide:
Les champs affichés dans ce mode incluent :

• Numéro(obligatoire): Identifiant unique de la carte.
• Flotte(obligatoire): Groupe ou flotte assignée à la carte.
• Fournisseur(obligatoire): Entité émettrice de la carte.
• Activité(facultatif): Secteur ou domaine d’utilisation.
