Adding parts to the purchase order form

This functionality allows you toadd parts directly from the purchase order creation or modification form, without leaving the screen.

Objective:

Facilitate and accelerate the entry of parts to order, while ensuring the accuracy of the data.

How it works:

Click on the “Part +” buttonin the part lines table.

A window opens, allowing you tocreate a new roomwith all its attributes:

• family

• Category (required)

• Brand

• Code

• Name (required)

• Unit

• Amounts excluding tax / tax included

• VAT

• Minimum stock, Locker code (optional)

1. Complete the required fields, then click on“Save”to validate.

2. The part is then automatically added to the purchase order line.

Benefits:

• No need to exit the form to create a part in another menu.

• Saving time andfluidity in order management.

• Reduction of entry errors thanks to an intuitive and centralized interface.
