Import Quote
Steps to follow for importing quotes:
1. Click on the purple “Import” button
From the quotes interface, click on thepurple buttonlocated at the top of the page to start the import process.
2. Download the canvas
Click on“Download the canvas”to retrieve the template file to fill.
3. Complete the Excel file
Fill in the canvas with your quote information.

TEAinput formats
Mandatory fields to fill in:

Number
-
Date
-
Supplier
-
Fleet
-
Parts details (quantity, unit price, etc.)
4. Import the file into the system

Return to the interface

Click again on thepurple button

Click on“Following”, attach the file, then click again“Following”
5. Error checking

If the system displayserroneous records, this means that there are input errors
-
Check the error messages reported by the system
-
Correct any errors in the file, then retry the import
6. Check reference data before importing
Make sure the following already exists in the system:
-
Suppliers
-
Fleets
-
Users
-
Items/parts
If not, create them first in their respective module.
7. Confirmation
Once the file is successfully imported, the data will be automatically displayed in the system's quote list.
