Exporting quotes

The optionExporting quotesallows you to generate adownloadable filecontaining all or a selection of the quotes displayed in the list. This file can then be used for analysis, archiving or sharing with other internal departments (e.g. accounting, purchasing, etc.).

Features

• Export format: generally inExcel (.xlsx)GoldCSV, as needed.

• Exported content: the file contains all the columns visible in the list of quotes:

• System No.

• Number

• Date

• Supplier

• Fleet

• Number of pieces

• Amount excluding tax

• Amount including tax

• User

• Attachment (reference to the file name, if there is one)

How to export?

• Access the list of quotes.
• Apply if necessaryfiltersto target the desired quotes.

• Click on the buttonExport.

• The system automatically generates a file containing the displayed quotes.

• Download the file to open, process or transmit it.
