Export Deliveries

The functionality ofexportallows you togenerate a file containing all the delivery note data, thus facilitating:

• TEAexternal sharing(with colleagues, suppliers, etc.)

• L'in-depth analysis(in Excel, Power BI, etc.)

• L'archivingor theaccounting reconciliation

Steps to export:

1. Access the interface ofDelivery notes.

2. At the top of the page, click on the button"Export".

3. An Excel file will automatically begenerated and uploaded.

Content of the exported file:

The file will include for each delivery note:

• System No.

• Number

• Delivery date

• Supplier

• Fleet

• Store

• Number of pieces

• Amounts (excluding tax and tax)

• Status

• User

• Comments
