Quote Filter
Quote Filter
The filtering interface allows you to search, sort and display only quotes that match well-defined criteria. This makes management and monitoring much easier.
Available filter criteria
You can refine your search by using one or more of the following fields:

| Start date | Allows you to define thestart dateof the period to search. |
| End date | Allows you to set theend dateof the period to be filtered. |
| Number | Search for a quote by soundinternal number. |
| System No. | Allows you to find a quote according to itssystem identifierunique. |
| Supplier | Displays all quotes related to aspecific supplier. |
| Nature business | Allows you to filter according totype or nature of businessconcerned. |
| Fleet | Search for quotes related to aprecise fleet. |
| Piece | Allows you to find quotes containing aspecific part or item. |
| User | Displays quotes created or managed by agiven user. |
| vehicle | Search byassociated vehicleto the estimate. |
| Purchase request number | Allows you to display quotes linked to aprecise purchase request. |
How to use filters?

Click the buttonFilteredlocated at the top of the quotes interface.

Complete one or more fields according to your needs.

The list of quotes will automatically update to display only the lines that meet the chosen criteria.
Trick:
You can combine several filters (e.g.:Supplier + Date + Part) for a more targeted search.
