List of quotes

This interface presentsa global view of all saved quotesin the system. It allows users toconsult quicklythe essential information of each quote, to follow their status and to access possible actions (consultation, modification, deletion, etc.).

 

Information displayed in the list

 

Column	Description
System No.	Unique identifier automatically generated for each quote.
Number	Personalized quote reference.
Date	Date and time the quote was created.
Supplier	Name of the supplier associated with the quote.
Fleet	Fleet concerned by the quote, if applicable.
Number of pieces	Total number of items or parts listed in the quote.
Amount excluding tax	Total amount excluding tax of the quote.
Amount including tax	Total amount all taxes included.
User	Name of the user who created or managed the quote.
Attachment	Allows you to view whether a file is attached to the quote (e.g.: PDF offer, supporting document, etc.).
